About the Role:
Thisis a significant investment project that will include the design, manufacture,installation, and commissioning of the new units. The upgrading will includethe replacement of the turbines, generators, and Main Inlet Valves duringplanned outages
You'llplay a key role in supporting and assisting the scope of works which willinclude the implementation and management of practices and policies.
Thiswill also include the management of invoices, reports, drawings, quotes andbudget to ensure that the Cruachan Unit 3&4 project is delivered to time,cost and quality.
Itwill be down to you to ensure that the budget reporting is accurate at alltimes, and ensure that invoices, quotes and orders are all fully recorded
With your experience, you'll Improve the management of digital and paper-baseddocuments and information across Cruachan an well as designing and developingfiling systems, business classification schemes and undertake records surveysto ensure that the Unit 3&4 project has excellent records
About you
You'lldemonstrate your fantastic experience in carrying out a data management roleincluding budget management
You'll also have solid knowledge of Information Management along with a qualificationin records management and/or information governance, or equivalent.
