Our client is a global corporation of five brands with well over 3,000 employees. They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their London team.
You will be one of the first points of contact for 1st and 2nd line issues, supporting the head officeand other retail stores across a number of different locations.
Our client operates on a hybrid working pattern, Monday - Thursday in the office and Fridays from home.Position Overview
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and vibrant IT environment. Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for IT and helping others.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Addressing and resolving incidents and requests via ticketing system
- Answering the Retail Help Desk hotline providing first contact support
- Serve as liaison between employees and the technical team in order to resolve issues.
- Analysing and resolving issues regarding the use of store hardware and software providing level 1 technical support.
- Troubleshooting computer networks and wireless technology.
- Experience providing 1st line support/helpdesk support
- Experience in incident management systems such as Service Now is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Or POS system (desirable)
- Experience providing Windows Desktop Support
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with mobile devices
