    Property Manager - Chelsea

    Location: Central London

    Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Opportunity to work from home 1 - 2 days a week.

    Our client, a leading residential search, acquisition and property management specialist, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team

    They are looking for an individual with a passion for property as well as property management, someone with a growth mindset who wants to strategically help improve and grow the business.

    This role is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Property or Portfolio Manager within Prime Central London. You need to have experience in dealing with luxury properties as well as high-net-worth individuals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements, inc. inventory checks, cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance certificates
    • Preparing new tenant move in packs
    • Managing personal portfolio of tenancies, handling maintenance requests and repairs whilst liaising with the landlords and tenants
    • Arrange contractors to attend properties for maintenance requests and report back to the landlord
    • Diarise periodic inspections of the properties and arranging with the tenants
    • Oversee and arrange deposit disputes, deductions, and returns
    • Build strong working relationships with contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
    • Provide exemplary customer service to all parties at all times, upholding the company standards of care

    Key Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Property or Portfolio Management within Prime Central London or equivalent
    • Experience in working within luxury property and with high-net-worth individuals
    • ARLA level 2 is desirable but not essential
    • Strong customer service capability
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Must be proactive, innovative and constantly seeking to improve and better processes.
    • Tech savvy and process driven
    • Enjoys working in a boutique environment and enjoys sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
    • Meticulous
    • Determination to grow and develop within the luxury property sector and property management
    • Proficient in MS Office Inc. Excel and Outlook
