- Pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements, inc. inventory checks, cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance certificates
- Preparing new tenant move in packs
- Managing personal portfolio of tenancies, handling maintenance requests and repairs whilst liaising with the landlords and tenants
- Arrange contractors to attend properties for maintenance requests and report back to the landlord
- Diarise periodic inspections of the properties and arranging with the tenants
- Oversee and arrange deposit disputes, deductions, and returns
- Build strong working relationships with contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
- Provide exemplary customer service to all parties at all times, upholding the company standards of care
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Property or Portfolio Management within Prime Central London or equivalent
- Experience in working within luxury property and with high-net-worth individuals
- ARLA level 2 is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service capability
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Must be proactive, innovative and constantly seeking to improve and better processes.
