As Customer Operations Specialist in our Advanced Machining team, you will have the opportunity to really make this new role your own.

Reporting to the departmental head, you will deliver committed outputs to some of our biggest customers in-line with pre-agreed KPIS.

You will be a problem-solver, motivated by putting the customer's needs first.

Day-to-day, you will lead internal and external meetings, establish and maintain effective information, forecasting, communication and record-keeping systems, be actively involved in delivering improvement projects and deliver committed production volume output to customers at the right time.


Requirements:

To apply, you need to be commutable to Shepshed.

We have a flexible attitude to our people's working patterns and can support some home-working (1-2 days at home per week) but there will be a requirement to be on-site with the team most of the time.

You will need a background in customer service/success/support in a B2B product environment. Some experience of import/export would also be useful.
