Plus, you'll excel at mentoring your team through leading by example and a hands-on approach to ultimately create a synergy that will inevitably enhance the department and guest experience.

About you... Passionate about desserts and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.

An expert in pastry production, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
