- Be an active member of the team to help challenge and change the way SFS provide technical support to increase our value added and service leveraging smart tools/solutions
- Be the centre of technical knowledge for our product range and application which underpins our commercial activity and know-how
- Provide technical support/advice to the Customer Services department
- Assist/conduct practical internal product testing
- Assist/deliver where appropriate customer training and demonstrations for all UK revenue streams e.g. Flat Roofing, Roofing & Cladding, Sub Frame and Fall Protection
- Assist with all UK owned product line testing requirements - Sub Frame & Fall Protection
- Report and investigate any product complaints, this may include site visits
- Assisting in any other ad hoc duties required when they arise
- Work as a collective unit covering absence and supporting others
- Capable of using numerous computer packages including Microsoft office
- Appreciation and understanding of CAD software
