    On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a 6 Month contract based in London (2 days in office per week).

    The individual will be engaged in leading the ongoing support and change work on ServiceNow including user access requests, fixing bugs, configuration of changes, implementation of new functionalities.

    As a ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for:
    Leading support activities for ServiceNow, including resolving user access issues, bug fixing, and configuration adjustments.
    Implementing and managing changes, enhancements, and new functionalities in the ServiceNow platform.
    Utilising coding skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to customise and extend ServiceNow functionalities as per business requirements.
    Developing and optimising ServiceNow configurations, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to enhance system performance and user experience.
    Gathering, analysing, and interpreting business requirements to define technical designs and solutions within ServiceNow.
    Creating comprehensive test scripts to validate ServiceNow configurations, custom developments, and coded solutions. Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability during updates and changes.
    Strong technical background with hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, coding (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and development. Gathering, analysing, and interpreting business requirements to define technical designs and solutions within ServiceNow.
    Creating comprehensive test scripts to validate ServiceNow configurations, custom developments, and coded solutions.
    Performance of regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability during updates and changes.
    This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
