    What you'll be doing:

    • Subject matter expert in all aspects of internal and external communications & engagement
    • Work with management to create and plan engagement strategies and campaigns to enhance brand image and voice
    • Create effective internal communications to facilitate an engaged workforce wherein team members are continuously informed and have a platform to voice their opinions and be heard
    • Work closely with stakeholders to build & maintain our Website and SharePoint landing page, ensuring we are consistently promoted to the highest standards
    • Promote the incredible work we do, assisting our business development team with our ambitious growth strategy
    • Create inspiring contents /collateral, using a variety of design packages; Canva & Adobe InDesign
    • Consistently promote internal and external stakeholder engagement, monitoring outcomes to ensure campaigns are successful

    Who you are:

    • A communication & engagement professional from a Health & Social Care background
    • Excellent range of communication and engagement skills with the knowledge / confidence in applying these to an Education, Health & Social Care organisation
    • Experience of using a range of digital communication dissemination skills and techniques
    • Confident user of wide range of social media channels, insights and google analytics
    • Ability to maintain and create great relationships with a variety of stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritise a large, diverse, and complex workload
    • Practical experience of working with websites and using content management systems
    • Experience of writing for different audiences and variety of media with high standards of written communication, grammar, and spelling
    • Relevant degree or qualification
