As a Talent Operations Specialist based in our London office, you will help support DRW's Human Resources initiatives in our Europe-based locations.

Process changes in our Workday HRIS system including new hire onboarding paperwork, department transfers, terminations, leaves and benefit changes
Assist with benefit and pension scheme administration, including enrollments, changes and terminations as well as invoice management and reporting
Assist with benefit plan design, open enrollment, analyzing and sourcing benefit solutions and other compliance requirements
Field employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, leaves and other HR related inquiries
Assist with performance review programs including communicating timelines, promoting participation and providing guidance
Support DRW's immigration specialist on mobility and immigration initiatives
Monitor changes in employment law and assist with updating and creating firm policies and procedures
Other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
~Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS platform
~ Experience in Financial Services or Technology industries a plus
~ Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
