    Job Introduction

    We are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager who can manage the end-to-end delivery of creative social campaigns across Eliza's core platforms. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person who will play a vital role in growing our branded content operation, maximising our revenues and building strong client/brand relationships. The right person is highly organised, works well under pressure, competent working with and managing multiple stakeholders. Ideally this person will have a proven background in a similar role.

    Main Responsibilities

    Sales & pitching

    • Working with the sales team to deliver solutions for how to most effectively implement a creative idea
    • Supporting with the creation of pitch collateral

    Campaign Preparation

    • First point of call for Client/Brand – quickly build a rapport and trust
    • Agreeing campaign timelines with the client & internal stakeholders and effectively managing this throughout.
    • Booking locations for shoots, managing call-ins, scheduling the necessary talent & production teams, liasing with client and editorial on shoot logistics and call sheets
    • Liaising with clients to set up necessary social & technical permissions, confirming legal and brand requirement, obtaining relevant shoppable links and assets
    • Agreeing KPIs and aligning on measurement methods

    Campaign Implementation

    • Including but not limited to; social tagging & tracking, editorial co-ordination, client sign-off, 3rd party partners
    • Attending Commercial shoot to ensure brief is being met
    • Executing & contracting with relevant 3rd parties to execute events/experiences

    Reporting & optimization

    • Analyzing & assessing campaign performance throughout to optimise against campaign KPIs
    • Supporting the sales team to report the campaign results to relevant internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and insightful way and in a timely manner – Including creating PCA/Case Study
    • Identifying new ways to engage with a client and others as a result of the campaign.

    • An analytical thinker to identify where a campaign is performing well and how it could be optimised
    • Obsessed with the world of social media, fashion & beauty
    • Experienced and confident using Excel and PowerPoint
    • Competent in using Photoshop/adobe illustrate an added bonus
