My client, a leading figure in the third sector, based in Kings Hill are looking to hire an experienced 1st/2nd line support to join their in-house service desk team.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, over the phone, remotely and onthe floor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that technical IT support is provided to all staff in a professional and timely manner and that matters are resolved as efficiently as possible.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships throughout the business to ensure positive inter departmental engagement.
  • Monitoring and management of a full range of ICT equipment to ensure down time is minimised and the office is kept in good clean working order.
  • Provide assistance to IT project teams on the production of software implementations and upgrades and their transition to BAU
  • 2 Years + experience working in a technical IT support role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete range of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate (Desirable)
Hours are Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week with team coverage between 8am and 6pm.

Based primarily from the Kings Hill head office you may need to provide support for colleagues in the London office from time to time with fully expensed travel.
