Description
Vertical Advantage are pleased to be partnering with a well known FMCG brand in West London to help them find a Continuous Improvement Manager.
As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to improve existing processes and use data to identify new process improvement initiatives.
Deliver coaching and training to teams where new processes have been implementedWorking with and influencing senior stake holders to drive and deliver the CI initiative
Experience in a CI function ideally from a FMCG background
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Experience using SAP highly advantageous
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will be given the freedom to identify and create projects that benefit the head office.
Salary from £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits.
