    Description
    *CNC Miller - Programmer Setter Operator**Location: *Camberley, Surrey

    *Salary range: *£35,000 to £42,000 (Negotiable) + lots of overtime

    *Company Profile*An established subcontract manufacturer of highly precision machined parts and components for various industry sectors including Aerospace, Defence, F1, Petrochem are growing year on year and constantly re-investing in new CNC machinery and staff. Due to this continued growth, the company is looking to employ skilled CNC Machinists in their Turning and Milling sections.

    *Job Profile:

    As the successful CNC Miller, you will experience working in a state-of-the-art CNC Machine shop, working on the latest CNC Machine Tools, alongside a team of friendly and welcoming engineers, Milling parts for high-profile, top-class customers.

    *Duties:

    • Programme Set and Operate 5 Axis CNC Milling machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
    • Carry out Offline Programming using Fusion 360 / Powermill.
    • Able to read engineering drawings.
    • Produce components to tight tolerances for industry sectors such as F1, Aerospace and Defence from 10s/20s off up to 1000s off.
    • Working with various metals from Alloy to Inconel.
    *Experience:· Experienced with Programming, setting, and operating 5 Axis Milling machines.

    • Experienced with Offline Programming from scratch, ideally with Fusion 360 or Powermill CADCAM software.
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
    • Experienced Milling to tight tolerances.
    *Working Environment:

    *Hours:

    • 40hrs per week.
    • Flexi-start times available from 6am to 8am.
