The role is for an experienced Qualified Dispensing Optician to take on the role of a Optical Practice Manager on a permanent full time contract.

" Salary up to £36,000 (depending on experience)
" Team bonus scheme (approx. £Benefits include private medical & dental and fees paid
" Hours – 40 hours doing either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, including one weekend day
This practice is very well established and has a very strong local customer base. This is a busy store with quite a large team and due to continued success they are looking to add somebody to the team who can help support the team and grow with the practice

This includes training & development, identifying areas of improvement; You will make sure the shopfloor team are seeing to patients, answering phones and completing their daily duties.

The ideal person will have previous performance management and has had experience in 1 to 1's and managing KPI's
