Business Development ManagerBTL MortgagesMidlandsWe are looking for an experienced BTL BDM to come on board and develop mortgage enquiries and applications from external brokers and introducers.

Maintain and build relationships with external introducers to maximize all business opportunities from these relationships. Further develop external business relationships with Key Networks and Clubs and to continually grow our reach within the market.


Responsibilities:
To ensure timely, accurate and appropriate responses to all enquiriesTo build and maintain effective long-term relationships with all external introducersMaintain and update an online diary of appointmentsTo proactively manage all external introducer relationships to ensure that the maximum business volume is extracted from all these relationshipsTo handle enquiries from all potential new introducer partners and proactively manage these leads to develop new long-term business relationshipsDevelop and manage an effective proactive process for the recording and follow up of all new external introducer leads and transactionsProvide MI reports to the Senior Management TeamProvide broker feedback on a regular basisAttend external Mortgage Events where required

Experience:
Experience as a BDM within a BTL LenderExperience in mortgage placement and processingDemonstratable experience of building and developing relationshipsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsStrong BTL market knowledge
