As a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin, your responsibilities include overseeing and managing the unit while carrying out clinical duties within the home. This entails monitoring, administering medications, assessing and reassessing individual care plans, and offering clinical guidance to the care team while consistently delivering best practices.
