    The Job

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in London as a Sales Enablement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales enablement programs tailored specifically for our international sales teams. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with our teams in the USA to ensure alignment and consistency in the delivery of onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.     Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs designed to support the needs of our international sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and training, to identify key priorities and initiatives for sales enablement.
  • Customize existing sales training materials and content to address the specific requirements and challenges faced by international sales teams.
  • Coordinate the delivery of onboarding programs for new international sales hires, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Implement strategies for ongoing sales education and skill development, including workshops, webinars, and virtual training sessions.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the international sales teams and counterparts in the USA, facilitating communication and collaboration on sales enablement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement, incorporating relevant insights into program development and execution.
  • Your Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive roles in sales, sales management, and/or sales enablement, preferably within a global organization
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement in sales performance.
  • Important Details

    This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our London officea minimum of 3 days per week to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
