Job Purpose
The Recruitment Coordinator will be a hands-on role which will lead all recruitment activity for the company.

The role holder will be responsible for owning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the business to drive talent attraction and hiring.


Responsibilities

  • Create a variety of inspired job adverts and recruitment publicity, including social media, career related posts, to drive attraction.
  • Track and report recruitment dashboard, including target, trends, hiring lifecycle ad additional metrics for continuous improvement and operations with the HR Manager.
  • This role will also assist with offer letters, generating contracts and will also support with preemployment checks such as right to work in the UK, DBS checks and reference checking.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers and operational team to understand and ascertain vacancy numbers.
  • Facilitate in driving and optimising the recruitment and selection process for each position.
The jobholder will perform any other reasonable tasks, as requested by the Head of Talent.


Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Prior experience in a high volume recruitment, and hourly roles as a recruitment lead or coordinator
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to report and analyse data
  • Delivery/target focus, ability to maintain high attention to detail whilst driving efficiencies under pressure.
  • Personal credibility, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to forge and strengthen stakeholder relationships quickly
  • Excellent communication writing skills and ability to read, analysis, synthesise and communicate complex information
  • Familiar with ATS system
  • Excellent multitasking, problem solving and organisational skills with a delivery focus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Solution focused, uses initiative, and has a proactive approach to work
  • Continuous improvement mindset, positive attitude and resilience.
  • Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Proactive and a great team player who is very friendly and personable
  • Demonstrates creativity in approach to work and solution focus
