    The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Change Manager for a Consumer Business based in London. This is a unique opportunity reporting directly into the CEO and a chance to really shape and influence.

    Position Title: Change Manager

    6 month contract £5-575 p/d outside IR35

    Overview: The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and facilitating organizational change as part of a Data Lead Transformation Program. This program aims to enhance data-driven decision-making, optimize data management processes, and foster a culture of data literacy and innovation within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Change Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the objectives of the Data Lead Transformation Program.
    • Identify key change management activities, timelines, and success metrics to ensure effective implementation and adoption of new data practices and technologies.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization to gain their buy-in and support for the transformation initiative.
    • Conduct regular communication sessions, workshops, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about the program's progress, benefits, and impact on their roles and responsibilities.

    Change Impact Assessment:

    • Assess the potential impact of the transformation program on different business units, processes, and individual roles within the organization.
    • Identify potential areas of resistance or challenges to change and develop strategies to mitigate them through targeted interventions and communication.

    Communication and Change Advocacy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to ensure transparency, clarity, and consistency in messaging related to the transformation program.
    • Act as a change advocate and champion within the organization, promoting the benefits of the data-led approach and addressing any misconceptions or concerns raised by employees.

    Resistance Management:

    • Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them, including engaging with resistant individuals or groups, addressing concerns, and highlighting the positive outcomes of the transformation.
    • Work closely with program leadership and HR to manage any conflicts or performance issues that may arise due to the implementation of new processes or technologies.

    Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Establish mechanisms to monitor the progress of the change management initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness in driving adoption and achieving desired outcomes.
    • Collect feedback from stakeholders and end-users to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to the change management approach as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience (4+ years) in change management roles, preferably within the context of transformation programs or IT projects.
    • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of change and develop data-driven strategies to facilitate adoption.
    • Proven ability to manage resistance to change and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
    • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
    • Familiarity with data management practices, analytics tools, and technologies is a plus.
