A superb live In Family PA role has become available for an experienced person to help look after the home of a welcoming family of three (Mum and twin girls, aged 8) and their pet cat.

The family is looking for a kind, friendly, energetic and fun person to help them.

Very sadly, their Dad passed away earlier this year, so the main part of your role will be to help give the girls some stability and to have some fun with them, alongside supporting Mum to keep the house running like clockwork.

The family live in a Victorian four bedroomed house in Taplow, Buckinghamshire, which is close to the new Elizabeth train line.

You will have your own en-suite bedroom.

Your hours will be and , five days out of seven, with the two days off agreed in advance.

There will also be two late evenings each week to These two evenings will be flexible and agreed in advance.

(45 total hours per week). You will be free to spend the four hours in the middle of the day as you would like.

However, in the school holidays there may be some additional hours, but these hours will be agreed separately and paid as overtime.

You will need to be a careful and confident driver, with your own fully insured car to carry out the school runs and other activities.

Duty mileage will be paid at the current government rate.

You will take general care of the girls, making sure they have everything they need for school each day, carry out the school runs and help with any homework.

You will cook healthy and nutritious meals each day. After lots of play, you will help with the bath time and bedtime routine on the long days.

The girls are active and love all kinds of arts and crafts, so you must love glitter and glue In the school holidays, you will be able to take the girls on day trips and arrange play dates with their friends.

The family employ a cleaner, so while the girls are at school, you will help to keep everything running smoothly in between cleans.

Duties to include:

Tidying and organising the home, making sure the kitchen and all areas used are tidy at the end of each day
Family laundry including clothes, towels and bedding
Ironing
Weekly bed changing
Keeping the children's bedrooms tidy and organised
Children's wardrobe management (moving on things that they have grown out of, etc)
Alerting Mum if the children require anything (new shoes, uniform, etc)
Organising appointments (doctor, dentist, haircuts, etc)
Keeping on top of school admin and alerting Mum to anything needed
Cooking healthy and nutritious meals each day / packed lunch if required
Ordering grocery shopping
Putting away grocery shopping
Running household errands (post office, dry cleaning etc)
Sourcing, buying and wrapping presents and cards
Researching suitable activities, trips and holidays
Feeding the cat

This family is looking for someone who has lots of energy, would like to have fun and become part of their team.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Two years
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS (update) and 12 hour Paediatric First Aid
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Childcare if possible, experience essential

Hours of work:
and plus two flexible late days to 22.00
