    We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join our client, a friendly Property Lettings team with offices located in Norwich, Fakenham, and Kings Lynn.

    The role will involve scheduling and conducting viewings, managing maintenance and contractors, overseeing move-ins and move-outs and organising property inspections. Additional responsibilities will include drafting tenancy agreements, safeguarding deposits, preparing inventories, liaising with utility companies, and ensuring property safety certifications and insurances are current. Interaction with tenants on a daily basis requires strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would have a more office-based administrative role across the offices in our area.

    The ideal candidate must:

    Own a car with a valid UK driving license.

    Have experience in the Lettings industry.

    Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Display motivation, honesty, and confidentiality.

    Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Possess excellent communication and administrative capabilities, as well as a dedication to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced office setting.

    Essential requirement: 1 year of Letting Administration experience.
