My client is an highly regarded international organisation who focuses on animal health and welfare. Looking to take on an experienced Residential Property Co Ordinator. Some hybrid working conditions and based in Watford. Responsibilities will include :
Residential Portfolio
·Manage residential portfolio, coordinate property occupancy to reduce the number of vacancies and maximise potential income from the residential estate
·Assist Recruitment and Regional Operations Directors with accommodation needs for new starters
·Property maintenance coordination
·Arrange property access for contractors
·Purchase of equipment for flats
·Send Licence to Occupy to employees when moving in accommodation, letters to confirm address for opening a bank account when requested
·Council tax yearly charges provided to Payroll
·Manage 3rd party tenancies from tenancy renewals, move-in / move -out in collaboration with local estate agents, deal with all maintenance issues from 3rd party tenants. Property appraisals and marketing process for re-let.
·Liaise with H&S on property FRA and recommendations where applicable

·Managing the legal & other document signing processes via DocuSign)
·Assist with the preparation of internal Board Report
