TEC Partners are currently working with a really exciting business based in Cambridge who are looking to add an Support Engineer to their fast paced support centre to provide support to their software suite which is deployed at over 2400 sites across theglobe.

Our client is looking for someone with an excellent focus on customerservice with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

The following experience is essential for the role Experience with Windows

  • Polite telephone manner with great customer service focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Helpdesk / Service Desk background
  • Proven ability to work by themselves or in a team
The following experience is desirable for the role Knowledge of MS Office

  • MS SQL experience
  • Incident Management
  • Call logging systems experience
  • MS Server exposure
  • Troubleshooting experience
