- Architect, design and build new features, and components.
- Previous Low Latency systems development experience in Rust or C++/Go/Java
- Experience building high performant data processing applications.
- Strong CompSci knowledge with good multithreading knowledge and best practises for development of highly distributed systems.
- Start up mindset with a keen interested in the blockchain space.

Rust Engineer - Crypto Tech Firm - London - Up to £160k Base + Equity
A YC backed Crypto Infrastructure developer is looking to further improve the transparency of the wider financial system by building bespoke Crypto trading infrastructure on various blockchains.
Already, the firms main product is in the top 3 for products used on a particular blockchain.
The firms performance is very strong, having already made significant profits, the business is needed to expand, adding a number of engineers to their engineering team of ~10.
The firm is still a start up, with a start up environment, using very modern technology to build infrastructure that will be used by a massive community. They promote a strong start-up culture where they move fast and ownership is given on day one.
WFH: They are flexible, but would also like someone who is flexible, where there is projects needed to be delivered etc, so may require more in office time.
