    Job title 2 x Early Help Family Practitioner, Ann Tayler and Linden Children and Family Hub

    Ann Tayler and Linden newly transformed Children and Family Hubs are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dedicated Early Help Family Practitioner to work as part of a team of Early Help Family Practitioners to deliver interventions as part of a wider, multi-agency system, in order to provide intense support to families with multiple and complex needs.

    We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Family Support Practitioner to join our established team delivering Family Support, parenting support and work directly with families.

    You will also hold a caseload of moderately complex cases, whilst managing them to a high standard. The role also involves empowering positive change within families through one-to-one work, group facilitation and outreach activities. Significant professional experience of working within a culturally diverse educational childcare or family support environment is essential. You must have good interpersonal and relationship building skills and possess good assessment skills.

    You will have a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare & Education, Health, Social Care, Education, or Parenting and Family Work is required for this position, as well as recent experience of working with families with children under 5.

    Ann Tayler Children and Family Hub is an Outstanding Multi-Agency Hub, housing many professionals including health, midwife, speech and language, clinical psychologist and many more.

    We have a 70 place onsite Nursery which supports some of Hackney's most vulnerable children.

    As this role involves regulated activity, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and additional pre-employment checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education statutory guidance.
