    The UCL Division of Surgery and Interventional Science is a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment where clinicians, scientists, engineers, and allied health professionals are constantly striving for innovative approaches to treatment and evaluation. Our research spans the full translational pathway, which is reflected in the multidisciplinary nature of our team.

    About the role

    The Operations Manager plays a vital role in delivering the research and education program of the CL-PSRC, coordinating and managing all our activities. The successful candidate will build on the excellent work of our previous manager to further develop our organizational structure, and providing efficient and effective operational leadership, working alongside the Director, Professor Ramani Moonesinghe.

    About you

    A science degree in a relevant biomedical or associated subject with subject experience in financial, project or operational management; OR relevant professional qualification with considerable experience in financial, operations or project management
    The post holder must be able to Write up research, finance and other reports efficiently and clearly.
    Must have a good understanding of SOPs, regulatory, and local regulations as well as ICH GCP guidelines.
    The Post holder must also have experience in staff management.
