Key Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our management team, supervising our Training Support Services team of 4 Coordinators.
Your principal responsibilities will include:

Day to day management of Training Support Services team. To include team appraisals, weekly meetings (team and individual), managing distribution of workload, leading and motivating the team in order to provide excellent service delivery

Support the L&D strategy with a best in class service ensuring the smooth operation and high performance of the Talent Development team.

Finance regulator.Have oversight for ensuring good financial management practices, adhering to principles and values
-
In partnership with the Talent Development Business Partners, ensuring that communication is appropriate to audience, on time and in line with Savills values.

Support to Head of Talent Development. Eg adhoc projects and workshops

Wider HR Team Contact. First point of contact for HRBP.

Onsite for large events and as required

Champion the company Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Proven experience in supervising an administration team
