    • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit (with training provided as necessary), alongside a robust skill set in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.

    • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives on minimal supervision and is eager to contribute to a team.
    • A Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant with a broad experience base, particularly in understanding UK Building Systems, Regulations, and planning procedures.
