Role Description
Our client is a highly successful online premium fashion brand based in Manchester and experiencing exceptional online growth, they are now looking to recruit a commercially aware HEAD OF DESIGN with potential to become DESIGN DIRECTOR to join the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of designers, overseeing the entire design process from concept to final product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, implementing design strategies, and ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the company's vision and driving the brand and business forward. Sourcing and product development is also very beneficial for this role.
