Sodexo Live have a fantastic opportunity for a talented hands-on Retail and Bars M anager to join our team based at DW Stadium Wigan .

In this role you will oversee all retail across the venue.

You will be the most senior point of contact onsite for staff and clients at DW Stadium Retail Operation, with accountability for all contractual requirements; It would be ideal for someone who has experience of working within a sporting venue together with management experience within a fast- p aced environment.

You will need to be able to prioritise workloads effectively with good attention to detail and great planning skills .

To be accountable for all aspects of the business, both legislative & financial.

As figurehead of the business, promote the venue to its maximum potential building relationships with clients, customers, and employees alike.

Direct & motivate the retail team ensuring effective communication between departments.
To deliver a food and drinks service to an exceptionally high standard.
Ensure kiosks and bars are clean and operational ready on match/event days.

B e responsible for the fixed and casual labour spend within their department, working closely with relevant HOD's to manage this.

W ork with the People Ops Manager to recruit, train and motivate a team of casual staff.
Experience in catering in a sporting venue preferred.
Experience of delivering training using company guidelines
Appreciation of quality service and an eye for detail
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Service ethic and love of hospitality industry
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
