Are you a Children's Registered Manager looking to open & overlook a brand-new home?

Compass Associates is currently working with a brand new Children's provider, providing specialist care enabling them to transition well into adulthood.

Together, we are looking for a Registered Manager to overlook a brand new four bedded placement service in the Erith area.

This exciting role involves overall responsibility of this Brand New Children's Residential service, working alongside Operations Director and Head of Care to ensure that the best quality of specialist care is given to children.

Recruiting an energetic and passionate team you will provide exemplary leadership and make a difference to the children's lives.

The organisation has plans to grow further in line with the vision of providing the best care, it is a great organisation to develop as a Registered Manager.

Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's and Young People's Services is essential, especially to take the Ofsted registration
Knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and standards
Experienced Deputy Manager looking for career progression
Someone who is passionate about Children's Care, approachable to both staff and residents
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service.
