THE ROLE
This is a full-time role for a Head of Creative. The Head of Creative will be responsible for managing design creation to commercial performance of our upholstery, cabinetry and other lifestyle categories. You will oversee product design, material management, visual design and branding, and collaborate with internal and external designers.
You will lead a small and busy team and work closely with customers and commercial team on research and continual improvement to ensure we attain our customers' high standards.
