Senior Customer Account Executive

Onsite in Wokingham

Full Time (Monday to Friday)

£26,000 - £27,000

We are looking for a Senior Customer Account Executive (fixed term contract) to join our UK Customer Service Department to provide the very best service relations to aviation customers across UK.

The role of Customer Executive will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, you will form part of a company wide team providing effective solutions to our customers aircraft safety equipment requirements.

The role is an integral part of Avia Technique's success liaising with other departments in a proactive manner to gain responses and real time updates for customers; in turn providing the very best customer service.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Regular communication with the workshops logistics and all other departments in order to provide updates to customers.
Raise and send all quotes as a department in line with the departmental turnaround target of 0.5 days.
Raise weekly status reports for our top 20 customers and any other customers as requested and conduct status/progress/update/contact calls weekly or biweekly as agreed with the customer.
Ensure that any other office duties assigned are carried out on time daily.
Assist with other administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a similar role
Good Computer Skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
Selfmotivated
Prepared to learn new skills and work on own initiative
Great verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
