    Head of Product

    Join a growing B2B startup company who are helping companies to understand their carbon contributions so they can make smarter decisions to build a sustainable future.

    The Role:

    • As the first product hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy whilst building and mentoring a high-performing product and design team
    • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer feedback
    • You'll be working directly with the leadership team, reporting into the CTO and partnering closely with the CEO

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working on a complex product within the B2B / SaaS space
    • Previously built product teams from scratch with a track record of leading a high-performing team
    • As a Product Leader you've had 7+ years experience and are data-obsessed, you bring data into every decision to drive growth
