Senior Recruitment Consultant

£35k - £40k basic

Based near Portsmouth

Our client is a residential construction recruiting service that is specifically designed on focusing matching the best individuals with the best jobs.

The basis of our clients company is residential, and our client collaborates with most of the developers in the west and east midlands who are involved in this sector, whether it be for spec houses, flats, retirement communities, care facilities, or socialhousing.

The successful recruitment consultant will be essential in filling positions in the white collar sector, specialising in residential house building and commercial building, and you will be expected to participate in client site visits one day per week.

This is a good chance for someone to further their career while contributing to the development of this division.

The successful recruitment consultant will be progressing to take on the role of the manager in the next 12-18months and will inherit an established desk.

What experience is required?

At least 2 years experience in white collar construction
360 recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
You can confidently liaise with clients at all levels, developing new relationships and maintaining current ones
