    Senior Recruitment Consultant – IT – Remote - to £45,000 -£52,000+ Commission.

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruiter at a Senior level– Fully Remote role or Hybrid options available.

    My client:

    A fast-growing recruitment agency with a head office based in London, they deliver a range of advanced technology solutions specialising in high-growth cloud computing technologies and software engineering, centred around 3 streams: Salesforce Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google & Azure Software Engineering: DevOps, SRE & Software Development.

    Are you an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising within Salesforce, Software Engineering, or other IT verticals.     Your role:

    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have a minimum 2 years' experience as a 360 recruiter having successfully bought on business and placed professionals within cloud computing technologies such as software engineering, Salesforce Cloud Platforms, AWS, Google & Azure Software Engineering: DevOps, SRE & Software Development. If you have experience within other IT verticals or Technology markets this is also for you, my client values all transferable skills and expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
    • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Capable of building great rapport both internally and externally
    • Business development, generating new clients and Account management.
    • Candidate management
    • Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
    • Naturally inquisitive with the passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.
    • Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude.
