Head of Engineering - Financial Services Location: London; Hybrid, Flexible

We have partnered with a startup fintech company, working across trading, transactions and blockchain who are scaling up their tech team across Functional Programming, utilising Scala, Haskell, Rust, with elements in Erlang and Golang.

Seeking a head of engineering keen to continue being stuck in with code, supporting the scaling of the team and direction of the company for the future.

Financial, trading, blockchain, banking background would be ideal
~Agile approach to work, comfortable working with remote teams and client/stakeholder management
~ People-centric approach, where behind every great technical team is a positive and inclusive foundation

This role would ideally be someone commutable to their Central London office, though hybrid work is being offered for the right people.
