Previous experience within Customer Service,Transport or Distribution is preferred.

You will either start in planning or key account management:

Planning duties involve:_

Planning/routing

Driver debrief - excellent communication required

Tachograph analysis

Resource allocation

Communication

Damaged goods procedures

Knowledge of legislation

Paperwork handling

Fuel management

Compliance management

Any other relevant duties


Key Account Mangement duties involve:


  • As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for chasing other depots for later runners
  • Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
  • Provide KPI reporting and managing proof of Delivery
  • Monitoring nightperformance through transport management software ana analysing information
  • Paperwork handling
  • Any other relevant duties

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
  • Outstanding initiative
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Dynamic, ambitious, driven & selfmotivated
  • Proactive
  • Solutions orientated
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator
  • IT literate, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have full driving license and own transport
  • Ideally local to the coalville area or live within 25 miles

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday Could progress eventually to 4 on 4 off.


SALARY:
£25, ,000 strong progression to progress salary


HOLIDAY:25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days
