Our client has an established and demonstrable background in delivering works to a high standard and their continued level of service to the wider construction industry has seen them go from strength to strength.

Operating primarily as a main contractor, the business still has a "family feel" to it and holds the values and principles of a traditional organisation.


Recently they have been successful in clean water frameworks and as such are looking to expand their team by adding a Site Agent to work in and around Central Scotland.

You will be part of a team that delivers the safe, efficient and on time delivery of clean water infrastructure projects.


You should be an excellent leader and have great interpersonal skills, as well as the following:

  • Lead, guide and mentor members of the project team when required.
  • Maintaining good on/off site working relationships.
  • Manging site logistics to maximise production.
  • Ensuring contracts are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the clients' specification.
  • Effectively managing any project delays.
  • Carry out regular safety audits.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to company safety procedures

Applicants must have the following:


  • A Civil Engineering related degree.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Agent/Manager delivering on water projects.
  • Previous civil engineering experience is essential.
  • Appropriate knowledge of health and safety polices.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Valid CSCS.
  • SMSTS qualified.
  • A full UK driving license.
