The Wilf Ward Family Trust - Registered Manager – for adults with learning disabilities

Are you looking for a management position where you can make a difference to the lives of the people we care for? As a CQC Registered Manager you will be responsible for one of our registered services, Errol House in Boston Spa.

At Errol House we have 5 individuals living with us, who all need support due to their varying conditions (cerebral palsy, autism and learning disabilities).

All the individuals living here are non-verbal and require 1:1 support with aspects of 2:1 support when they access the community.

Great care is dependent on a great team, so you'll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression.

You may well be an experienced Registered Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge.

You'll have the passion for supporting individuals to live their best possible lives with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.
