    Description

    Overview

    A large investment bank is currently looking for someone to join the presentations department as Presentations Designer/Integrated Designer and serve as an integral team member in producing high quality investment banking pitchbooks, corporate decks, digital reports, PowerPoint templates and formatting general documents/graphics. The Presentations Designer/ Integrated Designer will create designs across a range of formats using Microsoft PowerPoint as well as Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. This is a hybrid working role (minimum 2 days in the office per week).

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Creative Lead on internal, external, event related, company/client branded ad-hoc projects
    • Create digital and print designs from their brief to completion
    • Design and execute PowerPoint pitchbooks, corporate decks, event presentations and other similar presentation design or document formatting requests
    • Design print collateral ( coffee-table books , one-pagers, brochures, invitations, signage, and banners)
    • Create/Format company/client branded general graphics (charts, graphs, tables, icons, diagrams)

    Key Qualifications

    • 5+years of experience as a Presentations Designer or similar creative role
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
    • A strong understanding of design for both print and digital
    • to work independently but also collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team when required
    • Ability to work with a job ticketing system, work well under pressure and make quick sound decisions
    • Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency
    • Professional written and verbal communications skills
