    Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Cabin Crew International, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring suitable talent to drive our company's success.

    You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Operation Manager and Head of Recruitment to understand their hiring needs and strategically plan and execute recruitment campaigns to acquire the best talent in the industry.

    You will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with external sources of talent that can enhance our talent pool.


    Recruitment Strategy Development:

    Enhance our recruitment strategy by tailoring it to specific regional locations throughout the UK and ensuring our operational requirements are met through our recruitment campaigns.

    ~ Networking and building Partnerships:

    Network and build on existing industry connections to attract top talent for our Cabin Crew positions available.
    ~ Working closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager and Head of Recruitment to understand our client's requirements. Providing an overview of industry trends and constantly striving to enhance the recruitment strategy in place.

    ~ Employer Branding:

    Continuously developing our Cabin Crew International branding to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the aviation industry.

    ~ Provide a daily overview to the Recruitment Operations Manager and Head of Recruitment in a timely and professional manner.
    ~Data Analysis and Reporting

    Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

    Possesses skills to make data driven decisions to solve problems operationally.
    Excellent networking skills and experience with client management.
    Extensive travel across the UK for work requirements. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or relevant experience and in a similar role.
    Recruitment experience.
    Experience with data analytics.

    Annual leave 20 days per year + bank holidays.
