Freight Pricing Coordinator to join a newly formed team at their
Birmingham offices.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Product Team, This will involve managing quotes and rate requests, billing queries and issue resolution.

Initially the focus will be on air freight but will grow to include ocean freight.

Responsibilities

Provide special pricing & ad hoc rates to overseas partners/offices and regional teams
Quoting non standard shipments
Lead registration and distribution to the Internal Sales Team and BDMs
Maintaining the internal pricing and rate reference information
Reporting of quote success ratios
