- Troubleshoot and rectify any issues within the SAP system.
- Contribute to the development of new IT strategies.
- Aid in the integration of new systems within the company.
- Maintain documentation of all system changes and updates.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects.
- Follow retail industry trends to keep systems updated and efficient.
- A solid background in SAP system analysis, particularly in OTC.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in e-invoicing across Europe.
- Excellent configuration skills.
- Experience with working in small, lean environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong familiarity with modern IT systems and technologies.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A competitive daily rate of around £650 inside IR35.
- Three days a week working from their West Drayton office.
