Application Support Analyst - London - Permanent - Office Based - £70,000 - Commodity Trading

Cititec Talent are working with a leading commodity trading firm who are based in London who are looking for an application support specialist to join their team on a full-time basis and be in the office 5 days a week.

They want a confident hands-on application support specialist who can come in and support enterprise-wide systems. The role will also be working with all sorts of people from traders to senior stakeholders, and schedulers.

In this role you will be working shift patterns (7am – 4pm and 9am – 6pm) and occasionally be on-call at the weekend (c.a.

once per month)

SQL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
working with the commodity traders and front office applications during trading hours
supporting client trades - onboarding and offboarding
Support CTRM and connected upstream and downstream applications
closely working with the service desk team and supporting where appropriate
constantly improving client service
Experience with market data configuration
Experience with CTRM application support
Deployment, configuration and testing of applications
