The clients specialize in Mechanical Engineering within Construction.

Main duties:

• You will be responsible for securing the successful financial delivery of projects by Controlling Costs, Project Programmes, Site Layouts, Weekly Cost Reports, Site Records, Progressing Monthly Valuations, and Managing Variations and Change Orders.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Extensive proven experience in a Senior QS or similar position.
• Strong understanding of contracts and relevant regulations.
• Experience in financial planning and control of mechanical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage.
• UK Driving Licence, CSR card or equivalent H&S card for site is desirable.
