- Provide hands on technical leadership and guidance to both embedded and non-embedded software engineers. Leading the development of complex software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Contribute to project management by providing software design plans and progress reports.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive implementation, testing, and deployment of software solutions aligned with project goals.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development, ideally with expertise in both embedded and non-embedded systems.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in embedded and non-embedded software development (Python, C/C++, Java)
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux development.
- Proven experience of commercial product development.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
