Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Support, Time and Recovery (STR) Worker to join our Team.

We are a highly regarded, well led service, offering care, treatment and support to adults aged 18+ in the Borough of Warrington, with significant mental health needs.


You will work as part of an MDT, offering support with a Recovery focus, to promote independence, hope and opportunity, to our service users.

This will include 1-1 interventions, as well as co-facilitating groups and assisting with clinic duties.

Our operating hours are Mon to Fri 9-5. Our office base is Wakefield House, Guardian Street Warrington.

In your role as STR Worker, you will work as part of a wider Recovery Team, providing care, treatment and support to service users with significant mental health needs, within the Borough of Warrington.


This role will require you to undertake home visits and assist service users to access local support and network opportunities.

You will promote positive mental health and wellbeing for individuals, encouraging independence and providing opportunity.

You will help to co-facilitate some of our groups and clinics and support individuals to appointments, to promote health, wellbeing and meaningful change for our service users.

All under the guidance and supervision of our highly qualified, experienced and supportive MDT staff.

You will be supported in your continued development, with opportunities to access additional, relevant training. You will have access to managerial and clinical supervision, alongside the support of the wider Team, including peer support.
