Senior HR Advisor - Huddersfield - up to £40,000
Our client based in Huddersfield is hiring for a Senior HR Advisor to join their lovely HR team

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience.

Hybrid working is also on offer after initial training period of up to 3 months, with 3 days a week from the office and 2 days from home.

The office is in aconvenient location for public transport travel.

The role is an amazing opportunity to develop your HR career by creating and implementing initiatives around matters such as reward and benefits, health and wellbeing, mental health and diversity and inclusion.

Some experience of coming up with these ideasyourself would put you in the best running You will be the right hand person for the HR Manager There won't be any admin work around the employee lifecycle - this is done by another Advisor in the business, you will only cover that side during absences.

Responsibilities:

Deputise for the HR Manager
Support development and implementation of people policies and wellbeing initiatives
Cover the HR Advisors workload during absences
Able to do nonroutine HR admin
Come up with employee engagement activities and manage HR initiatives
Write letters, documents and proposals without using templates
Report generating
