Salary £80,000 - £85,000 + Excellent Benefits

Agile Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the world of financial services? Fruition IT are working with a large scale Financial services organisation to build out their Agile function. This is a unique chance to spearhead the Agile transformation and digital journey, transitioning from monolithic applications to cutting edge tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Function Development: Lead the establishment and growth of the Agile function within the organisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Agile methodologies.

Digital Transformation: Drive the transformation from traditional monolithic applications to modern, scalable tech. Bring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.

Define Agile Methodologies & practices: Work closely with key stakeholders to define and customise Agile methods that align with the organisation's goals and values. Tailor Agile practices to meet specific project and business requirements.

Pragmatic Problem-Solving: Bring a pragmatic and adaptive approach to problem-solving. Navigate complex challenges with agility and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Skills

Strong background in digital transformations
Expertise in defining and implementing various Agile methodologies and flavours.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

Adaptable across different projects

Experience across large scale environments and start up or greenfield projects
